Refund Policy

This refund policy is to protect the benefits of the service provider and the applicant.  Upon payment, the applicant agrees to the terms and conditions of this refund policy.

No refund upon purchase.

Adopt-a-Pearl Program

• During the first 30 days of the sponsorship, 10% of the full amount will be charged as the administration fee.  The remainder will be refund.

• On the 31st day and onward of the sponsorship, there shall be no refund.  The pearls shall be forfeited.

Any Other Programs
Except the "Pearl Harvest" activity,

• 108 hours or before the event, 10% of the full amount will be charged as the administration fee.  The remainder will be refund.

  • E.g.  Total HKD 1000, refund HKD 800​

• Between 72 hours to 108 hours before the event, 50% of the full amount will be charged as the administration fee.  The remainder will be refund.

  • E.g.  Total HKD 1000, refund HKD 500

• Within 72 hours before the event, there shall be no refund.
